American Packaging Corporation’s new facility is used for printing and distribution of packaging products. The project consisted of site development for an existing 47-acre parcel, including: site grading and improvements, building pad construction, new parking and road surfaces, storm water management, sanitary sewer piping, domestic and fire water piping, landscaping and seeding. Building construction consisted of foundations, loading docks, shipping areas, and a 215,000 sqft metal building. This facility is comprised of manufacturing spaces, offices, maintenance areas, mechanical and electrical spaces, lab areas, locker and shower rooms, bathroom facilities, and storage areas, as well as a 30,000 sqft mezzanine. The new building areas received full fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical services.
