Canandaigua, NY is home to a new 48,000 square-foot residential / 10,000 square-foot commercial mixed use space on the shores of Canandaigua Lake. Phase 1 (finished in July 2017) includes a micro-brewery, ice cream shop, and other retail stores and is part of a larger project that will host a total of 70,000 square-foot of commercial space.
